I came over here to kill people. The truth is, it wasn’t all I thought it was cracked up to be. I mean, I thought killing somebody would be this life-changing experience. THE STORY: In January 2005 Green, always in trouble with the law, was granted a moral character waiver for prior drug and alcohol related offenses that might have otherwise disqualified him from service. At that time the Army was so desperate for new recruits that the judge gave Steven a choice: jail or Iraq.
March 12, 2006 Steven convinced his drunk 4-man posse to abandon their checkpoint near Baghdad and follow 14-year-old Abeer Qassim Hamza home.
Green forced her parents and five-year-old sister Hadeel into a bedroom where he blew them away with a (unauthorized) shotgun, and then returned to the living room where he and at least one of his crew gang-banged this poor little girl. Steven used a pillow to muffle screams as he shotgunned Abeer 3 times…blowing away her sweet, young, innocent face.
Imagine the consequence if an Iraqi soldier did this to some little white girl in Mississippi.
These drunk, insane idiots then tried to burn down her stone house.
Next, they attempted to torch and bury the bodies to cover up their crime…as neighbors watched.
Green was HONORABLY discharged from the military “due to antisocial personality disorder” in May 2006. This trial was delayed until Duyba slipped out the back door of the White House.

I said, “Sargeant, you got a lot a damn gall to ask me if I’ve rehabilitated myself, I mean, I mean, I mean that just, I’m sittin’ here on the bench, I mean I’m sittin here on the Group W bench ‘cause you want to know if I’m moral enough join the army, burn women, kids, houses and villages after bein’ a litterbug.” He looked at me and said,
“Kid, we don’t like your kind, and we’re gonna send you fingerprints off to Washington.”
