Fox News Posts Review Of Glenn Beck’s Rally Before It Happens

Fox News promos often tout the network as “The Most Powerful Name In News.” Now that power extends into the supernatural as FoxNews.com is caught publishing a story reviewing Glenn Beck’s “Restoring Honor” rally in Washington, DC, the day before it takes place. This demonstration of journalistic clairvoyance may just be a part of the “miraculous” occurrences that Beck promised would take place at today’s historic event. However, despite the obvious scoop that Fox could claim with this pre-porting, the story was quickly removed from the site, but not before I captured this image:

Today

August 28th is an important day in American history. On that day, forty-seven years ago, Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his famous “I Have a Dream Speech” at the Lincoln Memorial. His message gave voice to the voiceless and his vision promoted a just, equal, diverse and compassionate country. This year, a very different message is going to be spread from the very ground on which King once stood. Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin will hold a rally at the Lincoln Memorial.
The racist, raging and hate-filled tenor of Beck, Palin and the Tea Party movement is in direct contrast to the noble vision of Dr. King. We cannot sit idly by and let King’s vision and legacy be hijacked for political purposes. Dr. King once declared:
“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter”.
We will not be silent on this matter. Honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s struggle for a just and equal America.
Let’s stand together as a collective voice against those who wish to hijack history.

This image doesn’t include the National Museum of the American Indian, a building located at the corner of Fourth Street and Independence Avenue that opened on Sept. 14, 2004…The building should be in the upper right hand corner of the National Mall, next to the Air and Space Museum.
That means this picture was taken before the museum opened exactly five years ago.
So clearly the photo doesn’t show the “tea party” crowd from the Sept. 12 protest.

It appears the photo was actually taken in 1997 at a rally for Promise Keepers…Christians.
I’m guessing this photo is from March 2003…just before our invasion of Iraq when TENS MILLIONS of us
(at least a million in NYC, DC, London, Rome, Paris, Cairo, etc, etc) took to the streets to protest.

Who are these people? What are the protesting? Why 912 instead of 911?
I finally realized the one common denominator: HATE:
Glenn Beck: This is horrible to say, and I wonder if I’m alone in this — you know it took me about a year to start hating the 9-11 victims’ families? Took me about a year. And I had such compassion for them, and I really wanted to help them, and I was behind, you know, “Let’s give them money, let’s get this started.” All of this stuff. And I really didn’t — of the 3,000 victims’ families…And when I see a 9-11 victim family on television, or whatever, I’m just like, “Oh shut up!” I’m so sick of them because they’re always complaining.
Wacky Right-wing sites immediately claimed, “A million to a million and a half wingnuts!” The DC fire dept said, “Maybe 60,000.” Even Fox News backed off the early estimates and instead remained silent but showed tight shots of the tiny crowd to make it look bigger.
